ordering details

  • to make your purchase, fill up the purchase form above. do indicate clearly your:
    1. name
    2. email
    3. contact number
    4. item name [#xx (name of item)]
    5. size
    6. quantity.
  • if you would like to purchase more than 5 items, do submit the first 5 items, and continue with a new purchase form.
  • please make sure you have cleared all your doubts about the item(s) such as measurements, history, BEFORE sending in the purchase form. you may do so by using the comments function in each post, or by sending your queries to info@rhythmbleach.com. we will get back to you asap!
  • once you have submitted your purchase form, we will send you an invoice with your order details.
  • orders will only be taken in via the purchase form above. we will not entertain orders sent in via other mediums such as msn, facebook, handphone etc.
  • all items are on a first-come-first-served basis.

  • for ATM transfers, please retain reciept and take a clear picture for verification purposes.

  • please send in an enquiry on shipping charges to your country to info@rhythmbleach.com before making any purchases. once you are clear of the shipping charges, send in your order using the purchase form. your subsequent invoice will reflect the shipping charges.
  • please email us at sales@rhythmbleach.com if you do not receive our invoice in 24 hours. also, do check your junk and trash folder as it might have landed up there by mistake.

  • for overseas buyers, we charge a flat fee of SGD$15.00 per order using a standard package. if items purchased require a bigger package, we will refer to SINGPOST for revised shipping fees. your invoice will reflect the charges involved.

delivery

  • we offer free normal postage. however do note that we will not be held responsible should the parcel be lost during the delivery process. we strongly encourage registered postage as parcels can be tracked over at SINGPOST website. you are encourged to get the RA from us upon payment confirmation.
  • as a guideline, we take 1-2 working days (Mon – Fri), to mail out parcels upon payment verification. the parcel should reach you between 4 to 6 days, and 2 weeks to a month for local and overseas buyer respectively. if your item fails to reach you on time, please drop us an email at sales@rhythmbleach.com.
  • for local:
  1. normal postage – complimentary (FREE)
  2. registered postage – add SGD$2.00 to total
  3. door-to-door delivery – delivery within the next 24 hours after payment verification at an additional charge of $10 (subject to availability)
  4. meet up – only available at VivoCity, outside GV every monday, wednesday & friday between 2pm to 7pm. please note, confirmation has to be provided for this to be valid. to check on availability, email raymond@rhythmbleach.com with your contact particulars. this is only available for paid items.
  • for overseas:
  1. normal postage – flat fee of SGD$15.00 (standard parcel), plus any additional charges
  2. registered postage – flat fee of SGD$17.50 (standard parcel),  plus any additional charges

refunds + exchange policy

  • we do not entertain refunds or exchange requests unless there have been a genuine mistake on our part, such as defected item or sending out of wrong item. should there be a mistake on our part, we will only entertain refunds if the item of choice is out of stock. alternatively, we will also entertain exchanges of equal or lower value should you not be keen on a refund.
